Troubleshooting
It found rallies from the court next to mine.
Delete them with the trash button on the rally bar. A far-away phone in a busy rec center picks up more of the neighbors; filming closer to your own court helps.
Detection found nothing at all.
Check that the video has an audio track and that the phone wasn’t muted or in a case that blocks the microphone. If the audio is fine, mark the rallies by hand and email us so we can look at why.
The export didn’t appear in Photos.
The first export asks for add-only Photos permission; if it was declined, enable it in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Replay Rally → “Add Photos Only”.
